Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) unloaded on
one of his GOP colleagues Tuesday during a tense House hearing on the
glitch-ridden rollout of President Barack Obama’s signature health care
program.

After Rep. Tim Griffin (R-Ark.)
insisted the GOP has submitted a number of proposals aimed at providing
health insurance to those with low incomes, the Democratic congressman
erupted from his seat and hammered his colleague.
“Are you serious, what you just said?
Are you really serious?” Pascrell said firmly. “After what we’ve gone
through and what we’ve gone through in the last three and a half years?”
“You can sit there and say you had a legitimate alternative?” he continued.
“We’ve gone through 44 votes, 48 votes
now of you trying to dismantle the legislation,” he ultimately
concluded. “You call that cooperation?”
